Mark Trammel Quartet, Live in MorristownOn the weekend of July 13th, the Jubilee leads off with a performance by the Mark Trammell Quartet. It took place in 2011 at the First Baptist Church in Morristown, Tennessee … which is the hometown of Gerald Wolfe. Of course, the Greater Vision boys were on hand to make sure the evening was properly “launched!”

To see this Live in Morristown performance as well as hear it again, you can purchase the DVD at www.marktrammellministries.com.

Blackwood Brothers On Tour

Then, to round out the evening … the clock is turned back 50+ years to 1961, as you hear the Blackwood Brothers from a recording titled On Tour. The location was the historic Long Beach Municipal Auditorium in Long Beach, California. Tonight … it’s the first half of this RCA Victor long-play album, with the balance to be heard on a future Jubilee.

Mark Trammel Quartet - Lifetime CDPaul’s Featured Artists on the weekend of October 6th are the very popular Mark Trammell Quartet, with songs from a brand new CD called Lifetime. Mark will explain how he chose songs that are representative of his nearly four decades of singing — songs that are probably favorites of yours, too. You’ll also hear the one brand new song they included, Way Past Ready, and why it’s so timely. We’ll also talk with group members Nick Trammell, Pat Barker and Eric Phillips. And their recent pianist, Dustin Sweatman, will explain why he’s taking a college teaching position.

And … he has an Artist Spotlight visit with Matt Dibler, a popular former member of the Inspirations for a decade or so, and now a soloist. You’ll hear some songs from his current CD entitled This Time Tomorrow, including that title song (not the same song the Anchormen have out currently by that title). You’ll find out why Matt believes what he’s doing now is the most important work of his life.

Plus … you’ll also hear from Charlotte Ritchie, Tim Riley (Gold City), Gary Casto (Tribute Quartet), and Rodney Griffin (Greater Vision).

Cathedrals Live in AtlantaMTQ - Live-MorristownOn the weekend of May 12th, the Jubilee leads off with a recent performance by the Mark Trammell Quartet. It took place last year at the First Baptist Church in Morristown, Tennessee … which is the hometown of Gerald Wolfe. Of course, the Greater Vision boys were on hand to make sure the evening was properly “launched!”

To see this Live in Morristown performance as well as hear it again, you can purchase the DVD at www.marktrammellministries.com.

Then, you’ll hear the first half of a performance Singing News readers chose as one of their TOP Five favorite “live” recordings of all time … the Cathedrals and Live In Atlanta! The clock is being turned back nearly 30 years, as this concert took place in 1983 at the Cobb County Civic Center in the suburb of Marietta, Georgia.

Unfortunately, the federal law which we’ve told you about in the past restricts enLighten from bringing you the entire recording at one time … but, the remainder of it will be heard on the Jubilee two weeks from now.
