As the 2013 National Quartet Convention is about to get under way, the Jubilee turns the clock back 10 years … to spend one-hour-and-a-quarter in Freedom Hall in Louisville, Kentucky, listening to the best of the best from 2003 and the performances at that year’s NQC.
