On this weekend of January 26^th … the Jubilee picks up where it left off last week, presenting the balance of that live performance by Southern Gospel’s ambassadors to the Northwest, the Liberty Quartet and their recent Live in Oro Valley concert.

Then, sit back and spend an hour-plus listening to the Whisnants … Jeff and Susan, along with Aaron Hise and pianist Eric Ollis … and the two Whisnant sons. This 2010 concert, which was recorded in the Victory Baptist Church in North Augusta, South Carolina, also includes the church’s choir on several selections.

Tony Gore & Majesty lead off the Jubilee on this January 19th weekend … a concert from 1995 recorded at the Peach Festival in Alabama and released on a CD titled All Access Live. Majesty at the time consisted of John Lanier and Calvin Thornton.

To round out the evening … listen to the Liberty Quartet in concert, as recorded in the Oro Valley Church of the Nazarene in Tucson, Arizona. You’ll hear the first portion of this performance this weekend, with the balance leading off next week’s Jubilee.
