On the weekend of August 3rd … Paul’s Featured Artists will be the Greenes — Tim Greene, Keith Skiles and Scott Mullins. Find out why Tim decided to bring this legendary group back as a male trio. You’ll hear songs from their new CD called Sweet Freedom, including several new songs Tim wrote. You’ll also get to meet Keith and Scott as the newer members of this group. And you’ll hear a song Tim wrote with his late brother, Tony, in mind.
Then, he’ll have an Artist Spotlight visit with the Quicks — Tim & Sally Quick and their daughter, Rebecca Greer. They’ll have songs from their new “Midnight To Morning” CD, including their new radio single, “God Can’t Help It.” Sally will explain why she went through quite a lengthy dry spell in songwriting — and why she’s back now.
Paul’s Featured Artists on the program for the weekend of July 21st are the Greenes. Headed by Tim Greene, this trio’s other members are Keith Skiles and Jason Gordon. You’ll hear four songs from their just-being-released CD entitled We Need America Again, including that title song. You’ll hear a Greenes classic they’ve brought back, Jesus’ Rocking Chair. Listen, too, for two encouraging new songs, I Will Hold You and Funeral For A Sparrow. You’ll find out what the Greenes are doing these days and why the “Tim Greene Trio” reverted to the original “Greenes” name.
Getting the Jubilee broadcast under way on the weekend of June 9th … it’s the second of three segments of the 1981 Mount Vernon, Illinois, concert recording titled Live – Naturally! by the mighty Kingsmen . . .
