On this weekend of March 9th … the Jubilee leads off with the balance of the Camp Meeting Style concert by the Diplomats, which took place nearly ten years ago at Mt Holly Church in Bremen, Georgia.
Then, you’ll have the opportunity to again hear the great Kingsmen Quartet as the clock is turned back nearly 20 years to 1994 and you are on the stage of the Alabama Theatre in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, to experience a full evening with Jim Hamill, Ray Reese, Parker Jonathan and Tim Surrett.
Leading off on the Jubilee on this weekend of March 2nd … it’s a group that had a fair impact on Southern Gospel music in the 1990s, but didn’t last out the decade … Perfect Heart … as they were heard on the stage of the Forum in Jonesboro, Arkansas … in the year of 1994 … from their recording, Live at the Forum. Members were Danny Funderburk, Dale Shipley, Mark Lanier, Mike Presnell and Jeff Stice.
Then, you’ll get to enjoy Rita Pearson and the Diplomats in the first half of their 2004 performance titled Camp Meeting Style, recorded at Mount Holly Church in Bremen, Georgia.
