On the weekend of June 1st, it’s Paul’s annual all-hymns edition, featuring some of the classic hymns of the church as sung by many of your favorite Southern Gospel artists. You’ll hear thoughts about why such hymns are so enduring and what they have to say to people today. Listen for comments from Aaron Crabb and Matt Hagee of Canton Junction, Charlotte Ritchie, Pat Barker of the Mark Trammell Quartet, David Sutton of the Triumphant Quartet, Brian Lester of the Lesters and Brad Strider of Mercy’s Well.
And … his Featured Artists on this program will be Declaration with songs from their new hymns CD entitled Songs Of Truth. Kasey Kemp, Jake Sammons and Josh Horrell will explain why that title is so appropriate, how they would define what a “hymn” is and why they believe hymns touch people in such special ways.
Finally, the Headline Update includes group membership changes … and he remembers Monroe Hopper and Little Jimmy Taylor.

Paul’s Featured Artists on the weekend of March 10th is another of today’s most popular quartets, the Kingdom Heirs. You’ll hear several songs from their latest CD, We Will Stand Our Ground. Steve French will explain why that title song is so timely. He’ll also explain why their recent hit, Tell Me Why, reminded him of something in his own life. We’ll also talk with Arthur Rice, Jerry Martin and Kreis French. And Jeff Chapman will explain their most unusual song, Where’s John?.
Finally … this is Week #2 of the Gospel Greats 2012 Great Annual Giveaway. Be sure to listen to learn how you can win a cruise for two on the 2013 Singing At Sea Cruise from Templeton Tours, Southern Gospel music’s largest and most popular Bahamas cruise.
